History:

Our Laminators originated in 1993 , it was  specifically designed and built  at a customers  request. This acted as a stepping stone into the laminator’s  market which was in great demand, particularly for higher speed and better production  running efficiency .  The 1993 Laminator became a prototype to our current model that we provide today. Since then we have made many  improvements to these laminators, one major element being an AUTOMATIC CUTOFF KNIFE.

The following pictures show the progression of our laminators through the years.

YEAR: 1993

NOTES: This was the very first machine ever designed and built by our Company. This machine did not have a glass sheet powered in-feed or out-feed conveyance; this is the most basic model of  the lamination process.

YEAR:1998

NOTES: With this model, the width size of the glass sheet, the  size and the weight of the  film stock dispensing  roll were  greatly increased. The automatic cross cutting and the in line width slitting processes were perfected allowing the laminator to be integrated within a process flow line.
